MY SPA EXPERIENCE

I had to write something about my experience at Life Day Spa in Crystal Towers-Cape Town.  A spa is an ultimate experience, one that should be treated as a luxury as not all of us can afford treatments on a regular basis.  Most ladies save for a spa treatment as this is a way of relaxing and having some sort of ME TIME.

I was so happy to receive a hot stone massage, pedicure and manicure as a gift from my sons.  This was the ultimate .  The treatments were all on avoucher which was already paid for BUT I could not get a booking for my treatments.  I phoned on numerous occassions and they just could not fit me in.  So I was told by one of the receptionists that they would me and give me a date for my treatments.  I waited and waited and NO ONE phoned or even had the courtesy to e-mail me.  When I did eventually phoned, the receptionist told me that she did not come to work the next day but gave intstructions to another receptionist to contact me and sadly enough NO ONE contacted me.  I then insisted on a refund and quickly the receptionist gave me an appointment BUT on two seperate days.  I eventually obliged and took the dates.  The hot stone massage was nothing what I expected, it was slow and
