DIVAlicious in SOUTH AFRICA

This month South Africa will host an international fashion exhibition to bring together brands from Rajastan, Dubai, Mumbai and Delhi for local shoppers to see and purchase.  Designers such as Payal Singhai, Babita Malkani, Satya Paul by Gauri Khan, Masaba, Valliyan, SVA by Sonam and Paras Modi, Sonasskshi Raaj, Jaya Misra India and AM:PM.

They will showcase bridal wear , jewellery, footwear and apparel for men as well.  My favourite designers are  Masaba as they have an affordable range and Payal Singhal for sleek casual wear.  I am looking to seeing the different styles in sari’s, salwaar kameez, dhoti, kurtas, lehengas and brocaded jackets and tops.

The DIVAlicious exhibition takes place on the 18th and 19th May at the Hilton Hotel in Durban and on the 21st May at the Michelangelo Hotel in Gauteng.  Tickets are available at the door and the entrance fee is R50 per person.
